How it all began
With an after-work hour that never was: Philipp and Georg run Comscoot, an e-scooter workshop — and stood in the office evening after evening, long after the last repair. Sorting notes, typing invoices, calling customers back. The workshop ran fine. Everything around it ate them up. So the four of us sat down together and planned carefully: dissecting every step, noting every duplicated task, questioning every slip of paper.
From internal to open
From that plan, Luca and Jonas built the software that should have existed for Comscoot — tested not in a meeting, but at the counter, between two repairs. The internal tool became SimpliServ, and to this day every new feature first runs at Comscoot in real operation before it reaches you.
