We process personal data exclusively within the framework of the legal provisions. This statement informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data.

3. Access data

When you visit our website, access data (e.g. IP address, browser type, access time) is stored in server log files. This data serves technical monitoring and security purposes.

4. Contact requests

When you contact us via forms or email, the data you provide is used exclusively to process your request and is not passed on without consent.

5. Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

6. Cookies, local storage and consent

As technically necessary, we store your cookie choice and your selected colour scheme (light/dark) in your browser's local storage. 7. Web analytics with Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, a web analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA, to better understand the use of our website and to optimize our offering.

Clarity is only loaded if you have consented to the “Statistics” category. Clarity then sets cookies (e.g. _clck, _clsk) and processes usage data in particular, such as page views, scrolling behaviour, clicks, technical device and browser information and truncated IP information.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

The recipient of the data is Microsoft. Processing in third countries (in particular the USA) cannot be ruled out. According to its own statements, Microsoft uses appropriate safeguards for this, in particular EU standard contractual clauses.

8. Google Maps

On our contact page, we embed a map from the Google Maps service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to make it easier for you to find your way to our location.

When you access the contact page, technical data such as your IP address and browser information is transmitted to Google. Processing in third countries (in particular the USA) cannot be ruled out; according to its own statements, Google uses appropriate safeguards for this, in particular EU standard contractual clauses.

The integration is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in a user-friendly presentation of our location and easy route planning.

9. Meta Pixel and Conversions API

With your consent to the “Marketing” category, we use the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland (“Meta”). This lets us measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to enquiries, sign-ups and subscriptions, and optimise our advertising.

We process in particular page views, clicks on phone, email and WhatsApp links, submission of the contact form, IP address, browser information and the Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc. For the contact form and for a subsequent sign-up and subscription to our software (simpliserv.app), we additionally transmit – where available – email address, name, phone number and country in pseudonymised form (SHA-256 hash) directly from our server to Meta.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 165(3) TKG 2021 or Section 25(1) TDDDG. Without consent, no data is transmitted to Meta. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

We are jointly responsible with Meta for collecting and transmitting the data to Meta (Art. 26 GDPR). Processing in the USA by Meta Platforms, Inc. cannot be ruled out; Meta relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses for this.
